This is actually a great post. I've been staying out of the mix for a bit because too many people ask for too much. It's pretty straightforward here, which I can not say for most companies. Period. There is obvious risk/reward. And management has been straightforward about that. But, they have also put forth the effort to be transparent with their proceedings.
It seems sometimes here, the more people get, the more they want. Meaning, guarantees. Time lines. Etc. But there has never been any promises on anything...except transparency, in the sense of what is legally viable. Either accept that, or not. Either believe in the company, or not.
Patience isn't even a virtue here. It's part of the game. Things take time to properly come to fruition. It's not about the short term and a quick buck. Management has been very open about doing things right. So either you believe or you don't.
