The naked short sellers are criminals, plain and simple and yes they are largely responsible for the theft of our investment. OTC companies are attacked over and over again and regulators know full well what is going on and sadly it will continue until we demand the elimination of naked shorting as was done in Europe. I would bet very few if any including yourself have made the time to write to your Congresscritters demanding an end to naked shorting.
I actually think David Foley has done a good job of keeping the company going despite the myriad of attacks. One thing you can be sure of is the shorts are not happy as they thought NTEK would have gone bankrupt a long time ago.
Since that is not the case they remain liable for every marker sold and there have been 10's of millions of them and if DF is able to overcome the adversity we could have one heck of a ride. I for one am still hoping to receive the NTGL shares that were to be distributed and btw some folks continue to purchase those shares as well and that stock too has a huge short.
