Yep, he's a genius all right. He knows how to milk investors. Sell them stock and then dilute the stock by issuing himself stock at no cost. Find a new investor. Sell them stock. Then dilute again. Old investors call it "toxic loans". It's a scam. We are all suckers. Make a million with one thousand dollar investment. When it drops, we buy more hoping to recover our loss. Repeat a dozen times. Before you know it you have blown $100K. More forward looking PR's, New investors and new markets are opening up. We are driven by greed and fear. We tell ourselves we knew it was high risk and move on. We refuse to admit we were taken in by a shyster. I admit it. I was taken in by a shyster. Hmmm . . .
