It's a pity the CEO didn't hold the PR until those that sold some of their high cost basis shares prior to the r/s had ended their 30-day wash sale liability period - we would have been all over this buying up everything in the .15 range to .5 range for easy 100% to 300% profits on a rolling move and getting into the profit zone for selling legacy .0010s.
From November 12, we can expect traders who know what they're doing to take any .1500 > .3000 left - depending where they have gaps in their bottom up cost basis pyramid.
