“It is our hope” states Mr. Keer. Sounds like they haven’t nailed down anything yet. He didn’t state “we are building on our relationships” or “ we continue to build a strong base of partners “ the wording doesn’t sound too hopeful. I’m in for long haul but this is brutal.
