alan .. in regards to IPIX form 4 filed yesterday .. my thinking out loud (purely speculation)
my best guess is the sale of 218,946 IPIX shares @ $ 0.40 out of 2,480,927 held .. happened on 9.12.18 and as noted via code F done with filing .. is that a % of vested shares were sold for tax purposes .. (which to the best of my knowledge means they go right back into company's treasury) .. what i'm curious about is timing and if any others at Innovation had the same vesting schedule .. with the same set of circumstances (i.e. a required sale of X shares to pay for taxes in September)

now what is interesting is what changed specific to *volume* avgs on IPIX on 9.12.18 and subsequently for remaining days in the month
here's 9.11.18 avgs .. note the volume done on 9.11.18 is less than 90,000 ..
note YOY -%s are in the lower 40s .. *imo* providing very little leeway because
as i've shown previously .. NR gets squirrelly *imo* when YOY %s on IPIX fall into the -30s .. also note the PPS liquidity was held in a 4.5c *range*

i remain convinced that NR requires *volume* to bring back in retail traders in IPIX (not the trading crew/s *currently* wash trading up the wazoo for volume maintenance) .. but i also suspect that NRs' new line in the sand (imo 70c~ previously) is now approx 30c~ (with the next goal PPS wise if able @ 15c for the next round .. currently reset @ 159c)
so their dilemma remains .. volume maintenance .. compressed pps .. mini controlled take ups done upon occasion when outcome can be *handled*
if that is the only form 4 *imo* with X % of shares sold for tax purposes .. NR got lots of mileage out of it .. but then imo everything NR does is % based .. so 200k can easily become 2M *if needed* .. after all *reporting* is self-regulated and it's the OTC .. which no one @ the SEC has ever given a damn about .. unless it's to aid and abet NRs' rigged efforts
btw .. having had a little more time to digest AMRN .. i'm inclined to believe that IPIX will have a higher PPS take up (controlled) based on I/O (Float) and *time* in play by NR .. AMRN was taken on *volume* to about $20.00 (imo IPIX sees about $30.00 with mgmt's execution) .. that is the *initial* effort in the first few weeks .. *imo* (on IPIX $5.00 is key then i'd expect the usual controlled walk up on volume)
