to be clear .. what i find so interesting about this form filed .. is the price point of 40c ... and yes those shares get returned to the company's treasury .. remember
i posted in early September (with August's MM Monthly out) that IPIX YOY YTD volume totals were running approx 10M *less* in 2018 .. than they were in 2017

which refuted in total embeds' seeded (comments) re: *sells* .. so what did the month of September see .. courtesy of yahoo financial (which rounds volume off) you can see the time frame of when *volume* kicks in and when IPIX was last in the 40c~ PPS range .. that is why the 12th of September caught my eye .. not only because of the 40c price point .. but the *reset* of the 52 week low (again) and the back to back *volume* of 1M~ on IPIX .. something NR had really not been able to achieve *consistently* up till the 12th and 13th ..

so my reference to weaponizing by NR is that there is nothing they won't *execute* to aid and abet their efforts *imo* .. relentless PPS compression
on *volume* that was running well below prior year .. up until September 2018
