Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempt for inclusion in possible future SEC report.
Fake ask of 10K put up at artificially low level of .2800 when previous ask only 2500 .2887 and only 10,000 under .3 - no competent, legitimate trader would do this.
Paint down of 1187 shares at .1600 in attempt to dupe people to sell into larger bid at .1600. Failed because there were other bids less than 5000 at .1600 which filled instead..

Check broker accounts of above users for sell orders placed at .2800 after open on Oct 16 and sell order at .1600 at 10:16:33.
