we have vested shares in a large well known tech company (not enough collectively held to trigger re: sec filing threshold) where a % of our shares are sold 2 x per year for taxes (by the large well known tech company) on the 2 separate vesting dates (regardless of whether we then subsequently sell allotted vested shares or not) .. what i also found very interesting was the 40c price point noted .. there is no aspect NR doesn't weaponize when it comes to an OTC target *imo*
