I just put two and two together that 25 million I gave was equal to acquisition price. That company knows that they are making out with the shares, if it was 8-10 and we jumped to that price (I figure why wouldn’t we when huge institutions believe that’s a fair value for the offering, other investors should flock to it), then uplist commences. I’m in for much more than $10 though, I may sell less than 7% of what I have to lock in some gains and have fun with it, pay some bills.
