its interesting that at least one state has an initiative to tax fossil fuels and pump the tax-est at 2.3 B in the next 5 years-into renewables

and usa is building more oil pipelines- which is now a limiting factor- to allow for ca 1.5 m more bopd in ca 1.5 yrs,maybe less
