Somehow I don't believe
Climate change is controllable from the standpoint of a human fingerprint.
We are well past due for a natural event that will most likely effect 90% of the world population.
I am pretty sure the United States has been prepping for this the last 50-60 years. There has been more attention on Infrastructure is some places than others the last 20 years.
