Within the S-1A will be what’s needed to complete a prospectus for the IPO. Once we know what the offering is valued, that changes everything.
It may not be nessasary to release any “Big PR’s” prior to uplist. There will surely be plenty of news about how this is all going to happen. Once they do uplist, many larger investment firms and investors will be taking up positions early and often.
It’s a flipper/traders nightmare and an investors dream.
