I don't know where you come up with your info but no it's not interesting, because a placebo by definition is not the same kind of drug as the drug being tested for safety and efficacy.
In other words it's NOT another vaccine but rather something inert.
Logically, why would you use as a placebo in a vaccine study something that would ALSO affect the immune system?
