I agree with you. ACI's timing wasn't good. I mean, who post that kind of news just before the close on Friday? ACI may have had good intentions but one "ah shit" wipes all that out. It certainly doesn't look good for ACI. Many feel ACI had an ulterior motive, whether there was one or not, it doesn't matter at this point. Besides, there's too much that doesn't make any sense about the ACI & UTOPYA relationship. Think about this, ACI has been promised real phones for weeks yet the CEO just recently came out and said the phones are going through a certification process. How is ACI going to get the real phones weeks ago when they were going through a certification process? If phones were promised weeks ago, it sounds like UTOPYA was toying with ACI for some unknown reason. Personally, I thought ACI was going to be a Distributor, but most folks never thought ACI was legit, which kind of surprised me, especially since Utopya verified they were working together. Either way, I'm considering this a dead issue and it's probably best that we all do. What ever happened between ACI & Utopya is anyones guess. ACI needs to make a case to Donald Keer.
