The damage to the share price would have been mitigated and UTOP would have had a chance to make a public statement/rebuttal by Monday's open.

When going the "drop ship, bulk sales" route you need to ensure your quality control is exceptional, as again you aren't physically taking possession of the phones to inspect before shipping to your customer . You can accomplish this by setting strict quality guidelines before hand with your vendor or paying a consultant to do on-site inspections. Many manufacturers have certifications such as ISO 9001 that spell out strict quality standards for any production run they make.
How did I know that was a potential pitfall.........because it has happened to my business several times as well....as recently as a few weeks ago.
Like I said in a previous post today......minor bump in the road peeps. Buying opportunity tomorrow IF it isn't addressed via PR from ANDI/UTOP.
