"In summary, i really enjoyed my time there on Friday. I made a point to not ask any questions of a proprietary nature. And i tried to keep things low key as i was a guest, and i arrived unannounced which i believe is always the best way. I wasn't interested in seeing this girl in a pretty dress and makeup. I wanted to see what she looked like with her hair in rollers and cucumber slices over her eyes.

What i saw impressed me. There is no way the assets could be valued at only $10 or even $12 million. I would guess closer to $20 million, certainly over $15. And that does not include the value of the yard or the buildings on it, which i am sure would not be included as company assets. More likely those are owned by Marshall Investments and the two companies pay rent to MI on a long term lease. That is how i would structure it.

This is a happy house, a testament to good bosses. And they are the real deal. My opinion is we have a little gem here that could turn out to be a powerhouse. But management must perform. Some ambitious plans have been put in motion and i worry about over promising. My experience as a business owner of 4 companies in 4 different industries, 3 of which i started and sold, is that it is far better to under promise and over deliver."

thanks for info from Chase Dog
