So one could look at that this way. Utop now has decided to bring the phones to the US market. They are looking (or going to be looking) for US distributors. ACI this supposed distributor (or disputer) tweets them and Utop could have basically answered them without even have talked to anyone at ACI, just a gesture of good faith and possible distribution through the ACI in the future.
As far as DVG,
I cannot find where DVG tweeted about ACI.

And the photo's that ACI had/has posted with an image of "the phone" while/after "testing" them. The phone screen background is similar to the Odyssey, close enough that until now I though it was, but it is not. They changed the time on the phone to 8:37, this made me feel like they were "testing" the phone. Utop either shows the phone with the eclipse or with UTOPYA with the similar background that ACI had/has. Good try ACI, I'm not buying it. Go stick the three used phones you showed us where the sun doesn't shine. And get ready to meet your new friend Bubba who will be looking for them in the same location.
