Think you got it backwards. ACI was the one that said it. UTOP responded in a way to them, no confirming it just agreed. Even so, this really has nothing to do with what happened and is really going on. We will wait and see how this plays out. I think ANDI will have the upper hand on this one. ACI was very shifty on this one, and the timing of this happening eod Friday, was not a coincidence.
