A few ways to look at all this.
If the phones/software is not ready then it should not be rushed to market. We all want the product on the market but its plain and simple that you do not want to release something that is not ready. Most want to see the 2nd and 3rd device. I don't. The first device, The Odyssey is the test model running the Utopya software. It's being tweaked. I don't think I would want to put pictures and specs out on old devices, I would wait for newer, faster ones to tweak.
The company wants to be Utopya, and release the Odyssey. Unique, I had to check the spelling of the device twice in this email as I type out of order while pondering. It is still Andi the "dirty shell" as I guess it could be called. It seems that their over that and going forward. Andi = Utop IDK. Hopefully the shell is cleaned up and or we clean it with cash from a good if not great.
Company's apparently get attacked in many ways.
The seemingly attack by ACI was a good play by someone, some group, or scared competitors. If making money by manipulation one would think it was successful. They could get three cash-outs catching the ride up, then the downturn, and they could play the anticipated drop on Monday. It has to be illegal and someone and or group should go to jail for it (but apparently the inmates trade, at least that's what I hear
) so maybe they are already in one.
And is it just coincidental that the attack on the company happened on Utopya's incorporation date anniversary. WTF - (Crap, I didn't send a birthday card)
If this turns out to be "The biggest and most elaborate stinky pink'y scam" well, it has been entertaining. And time will tell. If the scammers got scammed by scammers, then I will have a more elaborate story to tell about my investment loss.
But I'm still confident in the players in this game and will be playing it out.
But what do I know?...
For all I know "The moon may come crashing down to earth" (I will never forget that one EMZ) and then it really won't matter. But I could see if the Utop astronaut is really on there grabbing herself and pointing to me. Maybe, just maybe it is Victoria....(With nothing under her the suit )
