Don't know how long you've been following.
SFOR has three forms of possable revenue.
1) Patent litigation for their Out Of Band Authentication (MSFT settled with us, now we are waiting for courts on the current suits). As far as this is concerned, the PTAB verified all claims of the OOBA patents belong to SFOR and the patent office even added to the claims. This could bring in 10's of millions. If everything goes as planned with this group of infringers, the next batch should be huge. They may also start looking into litigation on thier keystroke patents. Our current attorneys are Ropes & Gray and BlankRome (BR got the MSFT settlement) and both lawfirms are HUGE global companies and belived to be working on contingency (BR confirmed, R&G assumed because of fins.) and a third lawfirm was added to handle the sneaky California courts (silicon protectors).
2) Channel partners selling our products are supposed to bring in millions in deals by latest Oct. (this month) as per a recent interview with the CEO. And ACS is supposed to pay $9Million for the keystroke patents. SFOR can still use the keystroke patents in perpetuity.
3) SFOR created a subsidiary company (around Dec.2017) Blocksafe tech. Currently in PreSTO (approx. $11Million to be raised in this phase) and in aprox. 44 days the STO is to start to raise an ADDITIONAL $16Million (Exchange Defender is to be used in thier STO). This subsidiary is predicted to have 250,000 subscribers in the 1st year at a cost of $9.99/month. That works out to be $2.5Million PER MONTH!! With much higher subscriber #'s in the following years. BST is the first of it's kind (as per CEO), they will protect crypto wallets, crypto exchanges and private blockchains (The ecosystem).
