$FRLF Share Structure as of 10/5/2018
I’m only going by what OTC Market Post’s and was update yesterday on OTC and my guess of 250M was 25M off - But I was closer than the 187M that was listed before today on OTC

The Float is still 6 Months behind because the Company gives that figure and to me the Float would be that Unrestricted Number of 67,155,982 and to me the Float is what can Trade now if they want, when the Company Reports you kinda know they are keeping the Unrestricted and so the Float is lower even tho they could be traded if they want but don’t list them as their going to not sell them
Maybe my thinking is wrong there but probably closer than the 18,790,686 number - shell3
