Here is my question/concern about this ACI thing.

If they ordered some phones and they did not get what was expected would you first contact Utopya and/or the manufacturer to find out what the problem was or could be. Not post something on twitter which could leave people to believe that the company is fake or does not have their act together or ??.. Maybe post that your was incorrect and you did not get what you expected and have contacted the company and are working through a solution and will get back to everyone at a later time. Something is does sound right to me..
