Totally different topic. That tingling you mentioned.
1. Have you noticed how 30 days recovery duration from that particular effect gets lobbied around. As far as I know THAT number is from mice studies with huge doses. What little I have seen from clinical studies using lower doses the recovery duration is few days.
2. In general I think worries about ion channel inhibition by Brilacidin are way overblown. I looked into it and what I could figure out looks like the channels inhibited are mostly if not all associated with pain sensation. That probably explains tingling sensation. And what's wrong with pain suppression if a patient is experiencing some. If I were in excruciating pain with ABSSSI I would gladly trade some pain to tingling. Actually, I would demand that trade.
