Golden Developing Solutions (OTCMKTS: DVLP), an emerging leader in the Cannabis and CBD marketplace, today announced that it is in formal negotiations to acquire a premier CBD oil company. Although DVLP is unable to release the name of its acquisition target at this time, it noted that the target is a quickly growing, fully-commercial entity that presently produces annualized monthly sales of more than $5 million for its CBD and CDB Products. “The CBD marketplace is experiencing scaling growth that represents a truly historic boom of epic proportions.
