Very true. Leo has until the 9th of Nov to buy this deal back, after that he can only call the warrants back at an 8% premium, However the MFO then has 30 days where they can convert as they please, as long as they don't exceed 9.99% of OS for any single holder or a holder and their affiliates. there is also a few other criteria's in terms of max buying in any single day and others.
I haven't been able to find out how many holders are involved in this deal, so hard to figure out if this 9.99% is any block at all.
I hope Leo has this deal in the bag and can get it done before the 9TH of Nov, otherwise there will be a fair amount of dilution due to it. At this stage it was obviously necessary.
