Patches, you're welcome! They plan to do this, but it's impossible to do anything more than guess at the exact timing of various stages of execution. It's very flexible, with each step being contingent on the critical financial milestones that are necessary. Nevertheless, yes they fully intend to take those steps. IMHO, those milestones will come faster than many investors are expecting.
