Reverse split coming. Pre-14C filed on August 31, after market hours and right before a holiday weekend. What a bunch of scumbags.
This will be the 2nd reverse split in less than 2 years. They claim they need it to secure funding for expansion.
Which to me just means in the future they are going to bury shareholders with more dilution and probably try another reverse split later.
I don't trust this company at all. While the sector has a bright future (pun intended), I don't see how shareholders will ever benefit from any success this company might have in the future.
