Quite a few people have mentioned how RMHB will on

As much as I would love to see this, I wonder if anyone can shed some light on the share structure.
For the life of me I can't see the stock reaching those dizzying heights without something being done as far as re-structuring the amount of shares out there.
Does anyone have any input as to what the company might do?
Is there a way of eliminating some of the massive share load? And I don't mean a reverse split, because usually shareholders lose in those circumstances. I heard someone mention something about "retiring" shares. Is this even possible and if so, how does it work?
Closing some big deals like the one with Mexico will certainly help, and I could see us reaching one dollar per share somewhere down the road, but it gets a bit hazy after that.
I think eventually there will be some talk once again about moving onto one of the big boards, but you have to get your stock price up there first in order to qualify. I would imagine a stock would have to be worth at least $3-$5. Not only that, it would have to maintain those levels or risk being removed from the Nasdaq or NYSE once you get in. They don't want penny stocks on there.
I believe the reason we have been sitting around one cent for so long is because we have so many shares in play. When that happens, stocks tend to churn in one spot and have to struggle to go up even a little.
For example, if a company has just one million shares out in the market place the stock will be very tightly held. It would take very little for the stock price to rise dramatically.
They might trade 100,000 shares and go up 50 cents. Whereas we trade 20 million and go up a tenth of a cent. So you see what I'm getting at.
I would appreciate any input as this is something I've thought about for a long time. Is there a strategy in the works that I'm missing?
