Cannabis Strategic Ventures, Inc. (OTC: NUGS) this morning announced the appointment of Alan Tran to its board of directors. Per the update, Tran’s addition to the board is the first in a series of steps to be taken by Cannabis Strategic in preparation for a proposed uplisting of its common shares to a national exchange. “We are in the process of implementing several important steps in preparation for an application to move the trading of our common shares to a national exchange.
