(OTC Pink: MLHC; "M Line" or the Company), a holding Company with subsidiaries involved in the Beverage Branding and Distribution industry as well as the Food and Beverage distribution business has started to negotiate with its debt holders. Currently, there is no dilution in the market and we are negotiating with the holders to repay the debt. So far, the results of our negotiations have been very positive and there are no dilution concerns.
