I have received an accredited response from someone trusting on this board as well as an accredited person in the business. The termination of a term sheet is not a material event since it was non-binding as I assumed. This doesn’t say whether or not the term sheet still exists but it does answer my question and make me feel as though another better opportunity may have arisen or we are adding to the existing term sheet.
