Thanks for asking, let me remind everyone. The Baron Capital business is based around several subsidiaries. The first subsidiary and the one generating income this quarter (Q2), is the convertible debt aspect of the business (this is not to be confused with the fanciful box job scheme argument). We own debt in companies we help go public and help go through reverse mergers. This aspect of the business is very profitable and would be fantastic as a standalone company. However, the subsidiaries of BCAP continues into other opportunities. The company recently acquired a TA license. The company is working on acquiring a brokerage firm, which will operate in conjunction with the TA services to offer clients a unique, one-stop place for these services. There are very few companies that offer both these services to small and micro cap companies. Baron Capital will help investors as well through the last two subsidiaries. First, the TA service through BCAP will not be "gagged". The companies with Baron will be transparent in their share structure. The service that folks use to verify the legitimacy of a small/micro cap company is otcmarkets.com. Unfortunately, the otcmarkets service is limited as they place symbols scaring skeptical investors when the company does not pay their fee or keep up with their expectations. Some of this goes back to the wall-street review website. Second, the brokerage firm will offer companies the ability to finance their operations publicly through the sale of common stock. This is the reason companies go public. Let's face it, banks don't like to lend money anymore, plus companies don't want the liabilities on their financials as they can offer stock in exchange for payment. Additionally, the brokerage firm will allow retail investors to create accounts and access buying/selling penny stocks. Many brokers are moving away from these services due to DTC chills/restrictions. Baron Capital will eventually be a self clearing broker, IMO, this might not happen with the first acquisition as this brokerage is mean't to meet the current business needs. Please refer to all the Baron Capital DD. The information is out there. The business model is sound. The company is currently performing an audit on their financials and wishes to uplist to the OTCBB stock exchange in July/August. If everything goes well and the company releases news in the coming weeks updating shareholders, we should see a nice increase in the pps, IMO.
