What a bunch of FUD and lies that the 2 or 3 people who use multiple identities are spreading.
They are not issuing 10 million bucks' worth of stock all at once. They are doing one increment now.
This is a GOOD thing. It means that their potential Big Pharma partner can't screw IPIX by dragging out negotiations until IPIX has to take a horrible deal just to survive. IPIX is giving them notice that if they don't get a great deal, they'll just keep going on their own.
It is absolutely a LIE to claim that the term sheet potential deal is dead. There is no evidence of that. If Leo were raising 30 million all at once I'd accept that as a reasonable possibility -- but he IS NOT. He's just getting enough dough in hand to complete some projects, and move forward.
The very fact that he's asking for only 2.2 million right now means to me that he is confident of other funding coming in soon. By "other funding" I mean a deal, or another investor.
