$PSGR Almost TWO MONTHS SINCE THE LAST PRESS RELEASE. Investors must wonder if the Execs at Corporate Pershing Resources are busy trying to raise that 10 MILLION DOLLARS for the 2 NEW Nevada locations.
Somehow the existing Pershing Resources locations in northwestern Nevada (Marcos Project Claims) and the claims/mine site near Kingman, Arizona do not merit the attention that the NEW Nevada locations are being provided. Take a gander at past Pershing Resources Press Releases that suggested very good concentrations of precious metals in the assay samples from the NW Nevada site(s) and the Arizona claims. Maybe the concentrations were not good enough to attempt to raise 10 MILLION DOLLARS to develop those locations...maybe FIVE MILLION DOLLARS was too much.....MAYBE the ONE MILLION DOLARS that was to be provided by Blackridge Investment (once certain requirements were completed by Pershing Resources) is still on the table. How would investors know??? It HAS been OVER TWO YEARS since the Press Release about Blackridge was issued. Oh well, it was ONLY a crummy ONE MILLION DOLLARS and NOT the TEN MILLION DOLLARS for the new locations!!!!
