Investors Hub Criminal Proceeding Update:
The contempt motion now scheduled for Nov. 7, 2011 will include a full hearing on the issues, which have resulted in a criminal proceeding against Investors Hub (iHub). The Contempt Order rule in Ontario allows MMG to also move the order against any officer or director if the corporation is found to be in contempt. Despite Robert Zumbrunnen and Matt Brown's denial of involvement with iHub, Sonya Branstine and any other officer or director may also be liable for contempt in Ontario.
