I would say 3x cash on hand so a $2.1B market cap or about ~$14/share as a baseline.
All financial worries are resolved at that point.

Prurisol will be unlocked very shortly.
All future trials for the next 5-10 years are funded.
That would be an enormous upfront in my opinion for just B-OM/IBD.
