$DATI This means no selling of stock under the floor price; no debt conversions under floor price; and, no issuances for payment to any executive, consultant or vendor under floor price. Therefore, what normally exacerbates and contributes to a continued stock price decline in the microcap universe – which is Toxic Dilution – cannot easily exist at DigitalAMN as it is not permitted in the normal course of business.
