The Bottom Play Contest

258477626_TBPContestyourname.jpg

A low becomes a 'bottom play' with 3 closes higher
or a pps increased by 25%; whichever comes 1st.
The 3rd close reaches a little way and the 25% invites 'trading'

We are not going to have a 'breakout-reverse a downtrend' contest.
That takes longer than we are interested in. We play such 'breakouts'
on Coffee Shoppe .

We look at lively bottom trends and have at it with prediction,
our calls & butts on the line. What we do is supposed to not be
do-able. And, we use charts to get around here in penny land.
Oh - that is too tough on two counts.

( 15 ) players have made ( 112 ) winning calls.
With 53 failed calls = ( 67.88% ) winning percentage.

Having a thought - who else keeps track of
and posts their failures for all to see. Whup Whup

We need some separation between numbers (calls).
So let's separate by a whole number up/down the same digit;
.007 then .008 and .0032 then .0042 etc

We are going to use a calling range of [ 10% ]
A call wins if within a 10% range around the printed low:
105% times that low when above
to 95% times the low when below,
Two in the same range, the closest. then the 1st call, wins.
When looking for 25% up we will use the printed numbers.

Uh we are just going to give a guy % of a % if that is what
it takes to declare a winner winner. We, human here.

With StockCharts.com the 1st 3 are lines on the chart.
The last three will not be a line of script in the 'lower indicator' box.
All lettering there is in caps. Example

In the case of a triple 000 we will not use %'s.
And you must go up 2 digits Limit - triple 0002 and up.
And only four trip 000 wins per person. (easier calls to win)

All numbers are the print at the close of the day.
No after hours.
It is understood you have to call after a down day.

1 ) With each successful call you will get to use:
a logo created with your name - in your signature,
as your avatar, or off site anywhere you want.
