Dr Dalton has stated several times that we will be current. No reason to worry unless you believe that a CEO, well known pharmacist and man of integrity with Presidential and Congressional awards and honors is also a liar and knowingly violates SEC rules. I tend to believe Dr Dalton knows exactly what he is doing. He has handled mergers and acquisitions with multi billion dollar companies. I hold close to 20 million shares here because I know that soon enough I will be able to set up my family and friends for life.
I suggest if you have questions that you contact Dr Dalton or Sterling Crockett. Who on earth holds a position in a company and then publicly bashes it unless they seek more shares at a lower PPS or have a crazy obsession with the ticker like Beer and Rising on Liehub? Common sense guys! Smh
