Doing some Sunday morning DD and thinking about Ut

Doing some Sunday morning DD and thinking about Utopya. Here is something I'm having trouble understanding: We all know there has been 3 new advisors brought on. How do we know this: A member here found it doing DD, I believe is how this was found. These advisors put it on their LinkedIn profiles, which I believe states "since August." Utopya has came out twice since then. Unless I have missed it somewhere, Utopya has never acknowledged these 3 new advisors and TeraLight formally. It appears they where put out there for us to find. So why wouldn't Utopya formally recognize these advisors and TeraLight like they did with Cycolides. To me it could have a prime opportunity to boost confidence in shareholders. Advisors make their own presence known, but Utopya has not acknowledged them, strange. From a business stand point, what would be the advantage for Utopya not to acknowledge these new and obviously important advisors? Have I missed something?
