Wow.
It seems like paid bashers have a raw deal there. I mean, this sounds like a regular thing but I haven't seen any of this in the news ever. Do you have a case of paid bashers ever being brought to justice? I mean aside from that one "Confessions of a Paid Basher" story. I have followed the SEC litigation reel for over a decade and haven't seen this phenomena appear yet.
I can tell your grasp of the law is likely as strong as your grasp of technology. You will need more than "I think he's a paid basher because my investment went down." to catch these villains. I hope you can prepare a suitable motion to bring the evil-doers to justice. Glad I'm not counted among such scallywags.
