Well like most of them onI-hub they expose themselves on what they know about investing in biotech. Some claim to be pros, yet say the most ignorant things. He would be right if the the drugs were all preclinical. Maybe that is the average short position for the outfit shorting the stock, and they want to try and cap the loss to no more than there investment by getting people to bail at that level. What a joke.
