many said pesq was brad- i and longs didnt believe it at first but longs dd apparently then proved it-clark i believe
and then probably 4 years ago now? pesq posted again that he had no responsibility to inform shareholders of anything but that he had set up meetings w companies re a steel plant-so that again made it apparent pesq was brad
the only reason to my knowledge bob didnt sue brad to recapture cwrn is the millions of unpaid vendor payments bob may have had to make if he recaptured cwrn and the environmental permits were destroyed and it would take possibly years to reconstruct cwrn financials for reporting purposes- otc sec etc would continue to send bob stuff bc brad never reported in w those groups!!!! which is unbelievable!!
plus bobs equipment has been losing value wasting or rusting away-dont know where its been stored
why keep equipment that isnt rightfully yours bc you havent paid for cwrn and thus have broken the contracts re the equipment and then knowing bobs signatures are on the liens for the equipment,claim those are not bobs signatures!! -that is easily proved but time consuming perjury which i understood took maybe 9 months just to prove the signatures were bobs
why hold up equipment that one cannot use bc brad lost the concession
some thought brad would flee mexico rather than face criminal sentencing in one or more of the criminal cases-but then the judge in one such case goes on vacation just before the sentencing and never came back-!!! and last i knew that case still had not seen sentencing
these things only happen in third world countries of great corruption where judges are bought and sold
all these things are accurate to the best of my ability as per dd and things reported and if brad recognized his responsibility to keep shareholders informed,he could have so informed us
