All depends how big the deal is or how hard we get screwed out of desperation.
Obviously $1-3 seems absurd to you who claims $200M+ upfront on the deal. Frrol is probably thinking more in the $20-60M range for the upfront which is a bit more realistic in my opinion. $1-3 would be much more reasonable then as well.
If I could get $3 today for my shares I'd take it and never look back at IPIX.
