I agree with you my friend. Shares have mostly been gobbled up by us longs. This tight float will move to silver++ on the first PR or filings imho!
When a person with Dr Dalton's amazing personal and business history tells you this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and that the opportunity has become even bigger than he first realized, you must take it at face value.
