Also the SEC does not allow SFOR to take in to consideration that many of their shareholders will become millionaires in the future, as SFOR reaches higher levels of success. The requirements are based on existing & prior levels/sources of income.
So we really can't imply that it is SFOR's fault, or even their choice! It is government regulations which dictate how the STO offerings are to be done, same as with stock offerings in IPO's!
