Leo will get what he wants for OM/IBD franchise
20 cda's and I bet the bidding was crazy.
B has proven itself in efficacy and safety in 3 phase2 trials so it is of very little risk for a BP to take the plunge.
Remember what Leo once said in a PR.
"Big Pharma knows that WE know what are our drugs are worth"
Leo will NOT be short changed.
.24 SP is absolutely a NON factor in the deal.
