Dear Mr. Keer,
I hope you receive this email. I am writing to you on behalf of other investors as well as myself. Thank you for writing the letter to investors at the end of September. I have been one of Utopya's vocal proponents.
I have invested a large amount of money in Utopya stock since April, averaging downward from about $.02 to $.004. I invested in your company because I have worked in IT for many years, I know Utopya has good potential products, and I know there is a gap in the market for your products.
I also am aware that it isn’t as much money as some other investors, but for me and for my finances, this was a very significant investment that I cannot easily recover. This last week we have seen the stock price plummet into the near triple zeros. I am down well over 90%. Needless to say, this is incredibly disheartening and gut-wrenching.
That said, I do realize that much of the company’s unwillingness to respond to investors appears to be due to coordinated bashing and short-selling on iHub by disreputable characters. Rather than focusing your attention on them, let me encourage you to visit the InvestorsHangout ANDI forum here: https://investorshangout.com/Andiamo-Corp-ANDI-58386/
This is where you will see actual investors who have been defending your company for months are congregating. Everyone is a little demoralized.
It is alarming to see the attackers on Twitter accusing your company of fraud, of being non-existent, of having no product to sell, etc.
It is twice as alarming to see that your company hasn’t stood up and isn’t standing up to these charges with intelligent responses.
If I may direct your attention to another emerging company, nFusz, you will see a very responsive and involved CEO actually leading his company and communicating clearly with his investors. His company came under attack by the same unscrupulous short-and-distort fraudsters from iHub, and it was hit hard — yet the valuation of his company ticker (FUSZ) has held strong because he showed backbone for his investors, lawyered up, and fought back against the onslaught.
The sad fact of the matter is that apart from your recent letter, we, the investors, have stood up for Utopya on iHub, Yahoo forums, Twitter, and other places around the net — yet we have received little to no feedback or support from your company. I have seen bashers actually threaten your investors with violence on other forums, unscrupulous characters from iHub repeatedly put out false rumors about your company and products, and have seen little to no response from your company on behalf of your investors. Messages to ir@utopya.co have not received responses for months.
We investors ALL need to hear from you and your PR team frequently, directly, as well as on social media. Your letter was wonderful. I am so grateful for your communication this September — but we need to see that your company is willing to commit to frequent communication.
Frankly, we have been standing up for Utopya for months and Utopya has not seen fit to stand up for itself. We have shown our strength for you. It is time to show yours for us.
I want the very best for you and your company, Mr. Keer. I am part of your company as an investor. All your investors are part of your company.
Please stand up for all your employees and your investors with frequent, clear, and concise communications.
Thank you.
