In other words, their only accomplishment as a team was the Hazen report and catching up with their financial reports. For whatever reason they couldn't advance the mining ops. I am not assigning blame here. I am just pointing out that sp and the AMS management team may not be the best partners. Furthermore, given the events of the past why would either party trust the other enough to enter into a JV? Both parties have ample reason to steer clear of the other.
